Paul Messersmith-Glavin is a founding member of the Institute for Anarchist Studies (IAS) and is part of the collective that publishes its journal Perspectives on Anarchist Theory. He is an editor of the forthcoming Visions and Interventions: 30 Years of Perspectives on Anarchist Theory (AK Press, 2026). He is a longtime antiauthoritarian organizer, dad, and healthcare worker in the Pacific Northwest.
